Music & Entertainment
Music speaks to the heart and celebrates life. Enjoy country, classic rock, gospel singing and dancing. A wonderful mix of local entertainment will be performing on Saturday.
Shopping & Browsing
Visit Festival Sales, the many vendor booths, or the terrific Downtown businesses. See what you could take home to help you remember the Festival.
Children's Activities
Parade, turtle races, coloring contest, sack races, and more for the younger children.
Children's Parade
All are invited to decorate bicycles or wagons and even dress up pets for the annual children's parade.
Artisans Show & Sale
An artisans show will provide a variety of artwork for Festival visitors. Many new artisans will be participating and will have an array of handmade items for sale. Demonstrations will include clay, woodturning, oils, acrylics, watercolors, metalwork, wire sculpture, and needle arts. Blue ribbons for more categories have been added. The show will take place at the Massey Building on the corner of 2nd and Main Street.

Magnolia Pageant
The Annual Magnolia Pageant will be held during this year's Magnolia Festival. It is open to male and female Bryan County residents from birth to 18 years of age and will be held Saturday.
The pageant will be located at the First United Methodist Church at the corner of Third and Beech. The pageant will begin at 11:00 a.m. for ages 0-4 and 2:00 p.m. for ages 5-18. The Senior Miss Magnolia Pageant (ages 16-18) will have interviews (not open to the public) at 10:30 a.m.
Contestants will be judged on appearance, personality and stage presence in their semi-formal wear and a second apparel category of "contestant's choice". The older category has been split up to allow for six age groups for females. Categories consist of Baby Miss Magnolia (0-1), Wee Miss Magnolia (2-4), Little Miss Magnolia (5-8), Pre-Teen Miss Magnolia (9-12), Junior Miss Magnolia (13-15), and Senior Miss Magnolia (16-18). Senior Miss Magnolia, will be an ambassador for the Durant Main Street program. Categories for young men will consist of 0-4, 5-12, and 13-18.

Antique Show & Sale
Take a bit of history home with you from the special show and enjoy sharing information about antiques with experts.Native American Events
As headquarters of the Choctaw Nation, Durant will showcase the history and folklore of the Choctaws. The Princess Pageant features young ladies displaying traditional dresses and talents. Through their colorful dance movements, the fancy dancers tell stories rich in Native American heritage that always delight the audience.
