Music speaks to the heart and celebrates life. Enjoy country, classic rock, gospel singing and dancing. A wonderful mix of local entertainment will be performing on Saturday.

Visit Festival Sales, the many vendor booths, or the terrific Downtown businesses. See what you could take home to help you remember the Festival.
Children's Activities
Parade, turtle races, coloring contest, sack races, and more for the younger children on Saturday. The children's events will be located on the lawn of the First Christian Church at 3rd and Beach. Children's events are free of charge. There will be a live talent stage for any child performer who wishes to perform.
Car Show
Saturday at 8:00 a.m., a car show featuring models both newer and older, audio, lights, and more. Sound quality competition begins at 2:00 p.m.
Quilt Show
The show will be held at the First Christian Church at 3rd & Beech.
Children's Parade
All are invited to decorate bicycles or wagons and even dress up pets for the annual children's parade.
Texoma Art Association Art Show and Sale
Texoma Arts Association will host the 8th Annual Magnolia Festival Art Show. The Art Show is housed in the Massey Building located on 2nd and Main in Durant. A rich diversity of Texoma artists wil be exhibiting their work. Artists who whould like to participate are urget to contact Liz W#alters at 580) 924-7972. Entries must register in advance. The Registration deadline is Wednesday, June 2nd from 9 - 12.
Magnolia Pageant
The Annual Magnolia Pageant will be held during this year's Magnolia Festival. It is open to male and female Bryan County residents from birth to 18 years of age and will be held Saturday. Preregistration is required and deadline is one week prior.
The pageant will be located at the First Baptist Church at the corner of Second and Evergreen. The pageant will begin at 11:00am for ages 0-4 and 2:00 p.m. for ages 5-18. The Senior Miss Magnolia Pageant (ages 16-18) will have interviews (not open to the public) at 10:30am.
Contestants will be judged on appearance, personality and stage presence in their semi-formal wear and a second apparel category of "contestant's choice". The older category has been split up to allow for six age groups for females. Categories consist of Baby Miss Magnolia (0-1), Wee Miss Magnolia (2-4), Little Miss Magnolia (5-8), Pre-Teen Miss Magnolia (9-12), Junior Miss Magnolia (13-15), and Senior Miss Magnolia (16-18). Senior Miss Magnolia, will be an ambassador for the Durant Main Street program. Categories for young men will consist of 0-4, 5-12, and 13-18.

Antique Show and Sale
Take a bit of history home with you from the special show and enjoy sharing information about antiques with experts. Accepting consignments (with prices marked).
Native American Events
As headquarters of the Choctaw Nation, Durant will showcase the history and folklore of the Choctaws. The Princess Pageant features young ladies displaying traditional dresses and talents. Through their colorful dance movements, the dancers tell stories rich in Native American heritage that always delight the audience.
